I did a online survey for Telus. Approximately or around Sept 25/17. As I am a Telus customer resently had telus do some upgrade at my house. 5 simple question. After the survey was done, I was offered a free gift. Face cream, just had to pay shipping. Put in my CC information and address for my free gift. I heard nothing from this company or my free gift. Sept 27/17 there was a charge to my M/C for for the shipping of the product. Oct 11/17 I looked online at my M/c statement and noticed to charges for $116.93 stee-lcase shen zhen shigua. On Oct 12/17 $104.71 Bestbillions shen zhen shigua was the name that came up on my M/C bill was charged to my M/C. I immediately called M/C and cancelled my credit card. I eventually got my free sample on Oct 19/17 via UPS left at my door. total loss to me $221.64. Bmo Mastercard stressed to me there was nothing they could do because the company stayed in the guide lines of the terms and conditions, which at no point I seen any terms and condition. Bmo Mastercard advised me to contact BB Bureau. I feel the company misrepresented the whole Survey and the free gift. The product name is silkalike and silkygene. The company seems to be acting under many names. Please help. thanks
