Wanted to use an app In order to use the app you had to agree to try certain products/services After doing all that was required (including choosing SkiinnyIQ as an option) the app still would not open I immediately cancelled all the other offers, but SkinnyIQ requires you to pay $plus to keep their product because they claim they can't stop the delivery or you can return at your expense Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated I will be watching my credit card as they really want to charge over $for the product They keep saying I agreed to a legal and binding contract, but I explained they are attached to a fraudulant app I even tried to contact the app using the email provided and it came back failed to deliver

The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on March 10, 2014 when you used our automated phone system. At that time you
accepted an offer through our phone system to keep your initial trial shipment for an extremely reduced rate of $9.41 which also canceled your account.
You did have multiple options presented to you, including the option to return your product to avoid this, and all charges, however because you selected to keep your product for the discounted rate you are not eligible for a return or refund. Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any other shipments or charges.

You were assigned a return deadline date of August 19, 2014 to avoid being charged $94.31 for the product that had already been shipped to you. On August 29, 2014 you were charged $94.31 in accordance with the purchase

terms as we had not received your returned product. If you had any difficulty returning the product you were welcome to contact a customer service representative prior to your return deadline expiring.

On August 30, 2014 you contacted us regarding the charge on your account. Our representatives explained you were charged because you failed to return the product. Our representatives then made an exception on your account allowed you a second opportunity to return the product for a full refund. Despite us making all efforts to assist you, you opted to file a frivolous complaint instead.

Your return was received back to our warehouse and a refund of $94.31 was already issued back to your card. No further refunds are due.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

They did not ship product yet it was cancelled immediately after order due to not being able to cancel the order during the ordering process. They received numerous phone calls were they stated it wasn't shipped but it was still going to be shipped and I would have to return it or pay an outrageous price for it. I ended up receiving the package anyways but did not open it and rejected the package to be returned to sender. What this company does is unethical and should be illegal. I WANTTHEM TO REFUND THE MONEY I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THEM TO TAKE FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT NOTHING MORE AND I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LESS.

Regards,

The purchase terms state that you may cancel your order any time after

you receive it. If you had questions or concerns regarding your order you

were welcome to contact us prior to submitting your order.

We are unable to stop shipments once a customer submits

their order. Your return has been received back and you will not receive

any further shipments or charges. You are not entitled to any refund.
