I am in receipt of your letter regarding ID #***On 3/16/*** *** purchased a 2014*** Transit from us with a service contract thru *** at that time it was applied for electronically,within the next month we noticed that we here at Skinner and Damtilis were not charged by *** for
theservice contractUpon inquiring we were told that we need to submit again and for whatever reason*** could not see that the *** had signed for the service contractWe contacted to comeback in and resign the application to resubmit for the coverageFor weeks/ months afterwards whenwe contacted *** about the situation all we were told to do was open a case online to initiate aninvestigation as to the reason this service contract was not being processed.With much frustration to the *** and us here at Skinner & Damulis Larry J*** agreed with the*** to refund purchase price of the service contractSo on October 12"'we sent them a check(#42320) for the total amount of the service contract including sales tax of which on the 13"' the checkwas cashed.We are truly sorry for the issues that were had but much of the issues were out of our control and byno means were we trying to defraud the customer as they are too important to our lively hood.Best Regards,
