Review: Ordered my 14-day trial of Cosima Revival on 1/12/14. Received product on 1/16/14. I called the company about the 4 day shipping (because that would not make my trial 14 days) and was told my trial would be extended to 21 days. I did not like the product - gave me rash on my neck - and tried calling on Saturday and Sunday, the 25th and 26th of January, respectively. Left a message on Sunday!!! Ended up leaving another message on Monday, January 27th, to which I finally received a reply. Of course, I was told my credit card had already been charged $89.99 + shipping!!! How convenient that my message on the 26th had not been responded to, and how convenient for the crooked company that they count weekends towards the trial even though they do not respond to calls! But, this is besides the point because I was told my trial was extended to 21 days! When I spoke with the representative, he was a complete [redacted] Aaron, ID 5312, was doing his job of avoiding the facts to make sure he and the company could rip off another customer. He refused to listen to my information and kept reminding me that I should have read the terms and conditions! When I asked for his name, he refused. When I asked for the company address so I could return my trial, he would not give it to me! When I told him I did not want to be a customer, I got no response, so I cancelled my credit card to prevent future fraudulent charges! He did tell me, REPEATEDLY, that I would be charged $45! I told him I would be reporting the business to the Revdex.com and he laughed and said "go ahead."

I then received an email from him thanking me for my recent email. I NEVER EMAILED THE COMPANY!!! So, I have no idea to what he is referring! This email states that I will be billed $89.99 and I have been! I also understand I will be billed $10 for a restocking fee for a [redacted] product I did not order!!!

I want ALL charges from this fraudulent company removed from my credit card. I have reported the scam of a company to Chase, my bank.Desired Settlement: REFUND MY MONEY! ID O NOT WANT THE PRODUCT!

Review: I ordered a free trial of Cosima Revival skin cream from a facebook offer on 01/02/14. I received a confirmation email stating the order was shipped and showed the shipping charges.I only had to pay shipping. The product came in a package with no shipping papers/receipt. I used the product but did not get any results so I stopped using it. I recently checked my bank statement and saw a $89.99 charge from Cosima. I did not order anything other than the free trial. There was nothing stating any further charges when I submitted the order. I sent an email to them on 01/28/14 asking what the charge was for as I only ordered the free trial and there was nothing on the confirmation email stating any other charges. I asked to have the amount refunded as I was not satisfied with the product. I have not heard back from. I think it is bad customer service not to respond to a complaint.At the time, I also ordered a trial from Rejuval Skin as it was a facebook special offer for free trials for both products paying shipping only. I am having the same issue with that company and filed a complaint against them also.On a website called scambook I found numerous complaints against these companies for the same issues.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $89.99 as I only received the trial bottle and did not even use it all as the product did not work. I saw no results. I cannot afford to be out of this amount of money especially for something that does not work!
