On September 26, 2017 I purchased a service from Skin Vitality, Oakville. On September 29, 2017 I went to receive my service and was told that I would not get the results I wanted with the product I purchased, but a refund would be provided. On September 29, 2017 I contacted *** to organize a refund and was told a refund would be issued in 5-7 business days. I have contacted various members of Skin Vitality and and not yet received a refund to date. I contacted *** on November 9, 2017 *** along with notifying my credit card company and small claims action.
A refund in the amount of $587.60.
A full refund has been processed. Thank you

I am a long standing client of this medical spa. I started coming here in my early 30's as a preventative measure. Ten years later (wow) I am still a happy client! The ladies at this facility are like family. The owner is always on top of new treatments and products (yes, I've tried everything lol). I am now 44 and often get complimented on my healthy looking skin - I tell people "I wasn't born with it - its Skin Vitality!). Highly recommend Skin Vitality and I am happy to pass on my feedback to anyone who will listen.

A Very Disappointing Experience!
I had gone to Skin Vitality in Mississauga for a free cellulite reduction promotion I received for my Birthday in March. After having my procedure I was escorted down to Angie' office (the manager) to discuss my options. She was incredibly pushy and told me there is a special offer only she can give me that day if I sign up for 10 future appointments. I told her I cannot afford to pay that much at once and she began to tell me about their financing options. I told her I don't want to do a credit check because I am looking for a home and I don't want anything to hurt my credit. She began to tell me how it doesn't affect your credit as its a "soft credit check" Unfortunately she was not aware that I have been in the financial industry for over 10 years and am currently a manager dealing with credit on a daily basis.
Once I educated her on her terms and uneducated suggestions I told her I could have monthly payments on my credit card. I verified that there was a return policy for 3 days if I changed my mind and she told me there was. I emailed Angie the next day and told her I wanted to cancel my payment as this was not a good time to spend that much money and I have kept all emailed responses of her confirming I would receive my full payment back. It is now September and I have yet to get anything!
I have emailed Sarah P. Clair and Angie and I have not received anything not even a follow up. I had to sadly harass Tiana at the front desk and call every day to get someone to call me back. I finally spoke to Sarah P and she said she will be on top of this return and I wont have to follow up any more as she will contact me on Aug 31st. it is now September 6 and still now follow up.
I work in the largest credit union where member experience comes first... unfortunately I cannot say the same for Skin Vitality. This was a very disappointing experience and my only other option is to drive down to their location daily to get this done which is ridiculous!
