This client has visited our studio 8 times since 2012. The very first time she came, in May 2012 she paid our introductory rate and then sent me an email complaining that my therapist made her neck worse and that my therapist started late. I was at the studio and know that my therapist started and...
stopped on time, and emailed her as such but, in good faith, extended her a free session because she said she felt worse. Since that time, she has come in 7 more times. She has used a [redacted], or other deeply discounted coupon her next 4 visits, despite the fine print that only new clients are allowed to use them, and also the fine print that only one per customer is acceptable. We have allowed her to come in and use these coupons as a measure of good faith and pleasing the customer. The 5th time she came in during our Summer Promotion, where we let clients see any therapist to get to know their style for $49.00. She came in and decided to buy a 3 pack for $150.00. She then booked a last minute session with another one of our therapists because she had to be seen that day and he was the only therapist we had available. We had other therapists available other days, but she chose to come in and see him. We explained that we can never guarantee that you are the right match for a certain therapist and its why we offered the Intro Rate when seeing a new therapist over the summer. We can also not guarantee that we will solve someone's back pain in a short 60 minute session, nor do we have the authority to diagnose or prevent pain. We never charged her card without her consent. She decided to buy the 3 pack of sessions before ever booking the additional appointment. I feel that over the past three years, we have tried to please this particular customer but it seems that unless she has a deeply discounted service, she is unhappy and in more pain. After reviewing her history and knowing that my therapist did the best to his experienced abilities, I do not feel that as a business I can extend any more free sessions to her. I have attached a printscreen of her purchases showing that she has paid a discounted rate every time she came in to visit, and that she chose to purchase the 3 pack on August 16th, before her visit in question on 8/26/15. I am attaching her visit history, as well as the email correspondence in 2012 and again this year 2015, as well as the waiver she personally signed, indicating our policies and procedures that she agreed to.
