I placed an order for the skin medica skin brightening complex on My credit card was charged immediately, and when I checked the status of my order with the skin solution store website, it said "pending." I contacted the company via email, and via the "contact us" link on their website on 10.27.2015, to which I received no answer There is no phone number listed for this company
By the time I received my item, on Nov4, 2015, I had already purchased the item I wanted from another website, and so I decided to return the item to the skin solution store As per the company's return policy, I emailed them requesting a return authorization on 11.5.2015, and I am still waiting for this company to send me a return authorization
If I receive no resolution after this review, I will file an official complaint with the Revdex.com
