I ordered the moisturizer & eye serum online through their trial offer. When 2nd package arrived I called to cancel. No refund was allowed or return.
I ordered the FORTECREAM revitalizing moisturizer and FRANKIESEYESEeye serum online through their trial offer. The product came quickly. When I received the next package I called immediately to Customer Service (XXX-XXX-XXXX) in Florida. Chad in customer service answered and told me that I could cancel my "membership" and there would be no more charges. I asked the process to return what I received and get a refund on the unwanted product. He proceeded to offer me 50% off and then 70% off but I politely refused and stated that I just wanted everything canceled and a return authorization for me to send product back. He said their policy was no return/no refund. I then asked if he could reduce the prices charged to me by 50% or 70% and adjust my bill and he said no. But he had just offered the discount! I pointed that out to him and he repeated the no return, no refund policy. Again. I then asked for his supervisor' name and contact number. He said that would be him. I then asked for the person that Customer Service answered to, again he said that was him. I stated that unless he owned the company that I wanted to speak to someone above him. He just repeated that the policy was no return and no refund. I pressed him again, naming numerous companies that have great customer service and he just repeated himself. So, I have a VISA credit card bill dated Oct. 28 from ForteCream with a suspicious number of X-XXX-XXX-XXXX supposedly out of DE but tracks to FL. That amount is $94.91. The second transaction is from Frankieseyeserum X-XXX-XXX-XXXX in FL. dated Oct. 29 in the amount of 94.85. On the packing label is shows a cr 124 and CustPO# *** and order #XXXXXXXX. So I am out a total of $189.76 which is a lot of money to me. And of course it was no magic cream and did nothing special for my skin.
I would like a credit back on my Visa credit card in the amount of $189.76 I want no further contact or products from company. Even though Chad said everything was canceled I now have no trust in them.

We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply of product at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription to see continuous results with our product. Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we have refunded Ms. for a grand total of $189.76. Please allow 3-5 business days for these refunds to process on to her bank account. In addition, her account with us was cancelled when she called in on 11/07; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply of product at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription to see continuous results with our product. Our records indicate we refunded Ms. a grand total amount of $559.35. Also, we have cancelled out her account; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniencies this may have caused.

I ordered the " free trial" of skin scientific at 4.99 shipping fee when checking out there was a charge for " eye serum" I did not order .
When delivery was made it Did not Contain the eye serum. Today however there was a charge on my card. I have called and CANCELED any further unauthorized purchases , however note should be made the order was made Oct 6 and today is the 20th of Oct. and they are already shipping an unauthorized order? They refused to return the money to my account but did agree to cancel further shipments saying I was paying for the " free sample" .
I want the money taken out today returned!

Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product. Our records indicate Ms. had her account cancelled when she called in on 10/20. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and so we have refunded Ms. for the amount of $89.92 and she is not required to return the product. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process on to her bank account. Additionally, Ms. will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
