Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I'm sending along screen shot of advertisement I responded toIn order to go to the place your claiming has this information I would have to give my credit info again and I wasn't going to do that again.This is a completely deceptive business practice and what I would consider bait and switchRegardless of all this as I've stated I have received nothing from skin logicA man named [redacted] from skin logic told me he had a tracking number that it had been delivered but refused to give me the number as I could have contacted postmaster to confirm thisIn closing all I can say is they have taken money from my account and I have nothing to show for it and at this stage of the game I don't want anything from this company with there one employee except my money put back in my accountI've tried to contact them on several occasions but I always seem to be disconnected

The customer received a day supply and signed up for a risk-free trial that allowed them to try our product risk free without pressure to purchase If they did not cancel by the 14th day they submitted their order, they agreed that we would bill the full price without further hassle and enroll into our monthly shipping The account has been closed -- no further shipments or charges will be done but the consumer will need to contact us to obtain a RMA and she can return the product that was shipped in November for a full refund or she can keep the product and get a 75% refund Either way the consumer will need to contact us at: [redacted] Thanks, Escalations Team

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI also want to state that there was no detailed message that the customer was informed of the extended terms which included an additional charge I specifically read each word on the order form that was providedI was also informed that this set disclosure was specifically on your web site which the link I clicked on, did not take me to that page, but directly to the order form I have a receipt stating a day trail But obviously your Mathematical skills are lacking since you charge my account within days instead of the days A professional business would generate a notification that the account will be charged the set amount prior to the actually posting I found this charge my reviewing my bank statement This deception is very unprofessional and I will never recommend doing business with this company I have submitted the returned merchandise for the return of unauthorized funds of $However, I am out of the "so - called day trial product" and shipping Regards, [redacted]

Hello, If the customer chose not to read said terms, that unfortunately does not make those terms null and void As a good faith gesture, we have gone ahead and refunded the shipping charges of $as wellWe have only received back item of the that were sent but we have fully refunded the customer on both charges We show a refund was initiated in the amount of $on 12/30/& $on 1/4/
