I got charged for skin cream $89.92 when I only ordered a free sample.
On the 19th of September I was charged $89.92 on my debit card for an skin cream that I had never placed an order for.I clicked on an add for a free sample for skin cream and all you had to do was pay for shipping and they would send a sample of eye serum all you had to do was pay for separate shipping and handling, which was about $7.00. So I gave them my debit number and address and they sent me the samples.15 days later I was charged $89.92 and $89.95 for the ANS skin cream and $89.95 for the Colette Eye Serum which I never ordered and never received any further products in the mail.I called my bank fraud number and they filed a complaint but just gave them the money out of my bank account today, saying that the company said I had ordered from them before and I was obligated to pay them. I never ordered anything from this company other than the free samples. The bank asked if I read the fine print and I let them know there wasn't any fine print because it was an ad that came up on my phone and I clicked on the free sample and that's all the information the came up on my phone. Because of their lies that the company told my bank they said I have to pay it regardless of what I say.I live on Social Security and I don't have any money to waste or to have somebody take advantage of me.I did call the company and ask for my money back because I never ordered there product or authorized them taking $89.92 and $89.95 out of my bank account and they said too bad I should have called them earlier to cancel. Which it didn't say anything about that on the ad on my phone.
If it's at all possible to see if someone can get my money back for something I never ordered and never received any product for the money they took from me.The Revdex.com needs to warn people of this scam that takes advantage of people thinking that they can try a free sample of something, when in reality, it is a hook to get you to give your information to the company so they can get a hold of your money.
