The issue with this customer’s complaint was taken care of on August 2nd, GloTherapeutics was in the process of re-packaging their entire product line and therefore, we were not able to replace the vitamin C product for herOn July 18th we emailed the customer asking her to let us know what product she would like to take to replace the defective product On August 2nd we tried to call her since we haven’t heard from her and the lady who answered the phone hung up on usThe second call we made went straight to her voicemailWe then manually issued a full credit for the gloTherapeutics 15% Vitamin C to her Discover card ending in
Someone used Mr***’s credit card fraudulently to place an order with Skin-Etc Luckily we got suspicious and cancelled the order We called Mr [redacted] this afternoon to assure him that his card was never charged
