Hello [redacted] ,My name is [redacted] ***, I am a Customer Service Rep of [redacted] ***.I just received the letter from BBB in the mail dated 6/24/17 about the Complaint ID above.Per our record the only complaint we have received from a customer in the same time frame in June, per the below emails from... the customer and us, if it is the same person that file the complaint against us, below are some info to dispute her complaint:1) Another Customer Service Rep has reached out to the customer to explain to her that when she placed the order of two CLEARANCE items, which clearly identified why it is on the and also used the "clearance" discount code of 40% 2) Our Return Policy per our Website: As you can see, the customer did responded "OK" to our email explaining the "CLEARANCE ITEMS" & the Return Policy on 6/14/17, which meant she should have retracted her complaint with BBB.
