Hi, this is Mark from Skin CityI want to convey that this conversation took place on the weekend, when the banks & institutions were closedThis woman was intently rude from the beginningShe told me that she was charged $twice for the green soap that she purchasedI
assured her that the bank probably pre-authorization it from her account, then drafted it, so it looked like it was taken out twiceI told her, I had encountered this situation before, and her bank would resolve on the next business day, when they were open She proceeded to say, I was trying to steal her moneyI reassured her that was not the case, and if I was going to do something like that in a lighthearted way, that it wouldn't be for $ That's when she thought I was laughing at her, but in reality I was trying to Defuse The Situation then she became extremely rude and agitated and said many derogatory things, then hung up on me I then checked with the credit card company, and found only one charge for $was done I then called her back and told her what I had found, that only one charge was taken, and if the $was so concerning to her, that she could come down and I would refund her the original money , just to satisfy herBut she rudely refused, and said she would see her bank on Monday, and hung up on me againIf there should be a complaint on anybody, it should be on herAs for the second charge, it was as I said, not chargedAnd was just as I told her Best regards, Mark
