Review: I bought three products from the website on Oct 17 . They promise to ship the same day and arrive in 1-3 days. The fact is my orders were marked as shipped the same day, but in the order detail , it do not contain the tracking numbers and I do not receive and email about the tracking numbers. I have send 3 emails to ask for my tracking number . But did not get a response. Until today I have not receive my products. I thought they do not ship me anything. I call they by phone for 7 times, they just picked up a phone and hang up quickly.Desired Settlement: Ship out my products immediately and tell me the tracking number.
