*** (the "Customer") concerning the Customer's order of ***We are an authorized reseller of *** and appreciate the opportunity to respond to the Customer's concernsWe have processed a full credit in the amount of $(incls/h) to the card that the Customer provided when placing the order.Our records indicate that, on February 15, 2016, the Customer enrolled through the Company's web site in a 15-day trial offer of *** for a $trial, shipping and handling fee and enrollment in our monthly home delivery programAccording to the terms posted on the enrollment page and in the detailed "Terms of Offer" on the web site, if the Customer did not like the product during the trial period, she could obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number from the Company before the end of the 15-day trial and return the product to avoid further chargesWhen the Customer did not request an RMA number by the end of the 15day trial period, the Company charged the Customer's card $for the cost of the trial product and was enrolled in the Skin Care Solutions Club which includes enrollment in our monthly home delivery programIncluded with each home delivery shipment is an Invoice Statement which includes a web address to the returns and refund policy.The Customer called the Company on August 8, 2016, at which time we cancelled her membership in the home delivery programAs a matter of customer service, on August 19, 2016, the Company fully refunded a total of $to the credit card that the Customer provided at sito cover all charges associated with the three shipments the Customer received.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe trust that this response addresses your inquiryPlease let us know if you have any further questions.Best regards,Cindy SPresident
