The online order for skin balance cream is outrageousThe email order confirmation does not have any details of the day trial absolutelyI do not even remember the terms and conditions that was there while placing the original order There are no clear details of the trail order email and the worst part is they refused to give me a refund for the charges on my credit card as there is no detailed information at all on the original order that there would be a charge after days delays They even refused to a policy of return and refundWile I asked to speak to a supervisor or, someone who takes care of escalationAll [redacted] ( spoke on 01st Oct at 1:45pm)( rep on call) told me was , 'there is no one and nothing that he can doHave a nice day, and hung up the call or muted me out I also spoke to [redacted] (another rep) , she mentioned that there was no supervisor to take care of my issues and that they follow a common policy of addressing these types of issueI have only

This is a Scam that is advertised on the web siteInstead of providing free samples as they advertise " risk Free" they charge customers hundreds of dollarsI did not authorize the charge on my credit card [redacted]

Skin Balance had an online offer for "A FREE Sample" of face cream and firming gel It stated all I had to pay for was the shipping costs On April 16th my credit card was billed a total of $for shippingSamples were received Apr 24/On May 3rd my credit card was changed a total of $ I called the company as soon as I got my statement and advised that I never received any other product other than the samples and I wanted the $refunded I followed up with multiple emails stating the same On May 11th I finally received an email stating that they have cancelled my subscription I also received a phone call stating the same but when I asked for a refund the gentleman would only repeat "Your subscription has been cancelled and we will not ship you anymore product" I contacted my credit card company but they will not do anything I am extremely upset because I feel this was advertising and the add NEVER even stated what the cost of the product would

The ad on skinbalancecream.com for filling in the "Where to ship your Tree Trial has NO reference to Terms or Conditions what so ever So I having responded to previous "Free Trial" product offerings fully expected that if I pay for the shipping, YOU send me a trial sample and if it works, I will buy the product. Good Legitimate marketing for which I would expect , they have budgeted for these trial samplesThis company obviously preys on trickery, deception advertising and miscommunication.I followed the first ad instructions in good faith and I fully expected the Company to do the sameObviously they are not an honest marketer and continue to promote their products in this deceptive manner. I feel I was duked out of a honest attempt to purchase something as a surprise for my wife and they have totally stolen my faith in internet marketers.I have called Bank of Montreal, who apparently are WELL aware of this Company and are also trying to help get some of my money refunded and will also discuss with MasterCard about this company to have them refuse to do business with them because of the number of calls they have received.Anything you can do to assist in the attempt to recover money for those bilked would be appreciated.*** ***

As you indicated you received my order on May 7thI did contact customer service by phone on May 16th and advised them if I wanted the product, I would call and when I did not call , I assumed my order was cancelled on May
