They advertised for a “FREE SAMPLE” offer but they charged my credit card about $later
I ordered A FREE face cream where I had to pay only shippingThan weeks after got charged $on my credit card and than tried to take more money off my credit card when it was suppose to be free
The online order for skin balance cream is outrageousThe email order confirmation does not have any details of the day trial absolutelyI do not even remember the terms and conditions that was there while placing the original order There are no clear details of the trail order email and the worst part is they refused to give me a refund for the charges on my credit card as there is no detailed information at all on the original order that there would be a charge after days delays They even refused to a policy of return and refundWile I asked to speak to a supervisor or, someone who takes care of escalationAll *** ( spoke on 01st Oct at 1:45pm)( rep on call) told me was , 'there is no one and nothing that he can doHave a nice day, and hung up the call or muted me out

Skin Balance had an online offer for "A FREE Sample" of face cream and firming gel It stated all I had to pay for was the shipping costs On April 16th my credit card was billed a total of $for shippingSamples were received Apr 24/On May 3rd my credit card was changed a total of $ I called the company as soon as I got my statement and advised that I never received any other product other than the samples and I wanted the $refunded I followed up with multiple emails stating the same On May 11th I finally received an email stating that they have cancelled my subscription I also received a phone call stating the same but when I asked for a refund the gentleman would only repeat "Your subscription has been cancelled and we will not ship you anymore product" I contacted my credit card company but they will not do anything I am extremely upset because I feel this was advertising and the add NEVER even stated what the cost of the product would

This is a Scam that is advertised on the web siteInstead of providing free samples as they advertise " risk Free" they charge customers hundreds of dollarsI did not authorize the charge on my credit card***

I am rejecting this response because: 1st your add clearly states "FREE SAMPLE" which is false advertisement and second I have copies of emails I sent you on May 11th as soon as I received my credit card statement canceling the subscription and advising that I wanted my money credited back.No where on the advertisement did you state the actual cost or what you would be charging for future product if I decided to order nor did it state I had to return the "FREE SAMPLES"I feel I have been ripped off

Balance and Advanced Skin. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order. We do send a (30) day supply of the products (each) to the customer to be used within the allotted trial period of 14 days from the date of order, as specified by our terms and conditions. Our terms state that if no cancellation is requested to our customer service department prior to the trial expiration date(s), the customer will incur the charge for the one month supply sent initially, and will be charged every 30 days from initial order date and sent a fresh one month supply until cancelled. We state, in our terms and conditions, that we offer a generous 30-day money back guarantee on all merchandise. We simply request that the customer contact Customer Support to obtain return instructions as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which needs to be clearly printed on the return packaging. This RMA number enables our fulfillment center to identify the returning customer, and assists in posting a speedy credit to the customer’s account. We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period and consequently Rose was charged for the product received. As of 9/13/2017 we have refunded the amount of $ 147.44 to the customers account. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. Thank you for taking care of this complaint and getting to a possible solution. It is a relief that they are willing to give me a partial re-fund. I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to ask for the copies of the order I made with the screen shots showing the terms and conditions. Because I honestly, could not locate it, and, just to let you know, if they claim that there was some information, why on earth would I have ordered though seeing the price. Throughout the ordering process, it does not state anywhere about the original price, if not cancelled. There was NO information of the cancellation terms at all. There was no information on the order summary sent via email stating that this was only trial and later which these conditions would apply. I believe it is every businesses moral and ethical responsibility to disclose all relevant information. It is truly sad to know the kind of methods that business adopt to lure customers. I have bought many items online. No wonder amazon is doing so great, because of their true value to customers. Skin Advance has tons to learn from such true business players. It's not only me, after several research, many many more have been duped this way (I can show you the complaints on Revdex.com). And I do not understand the legitimacy of this business at all. How could they get a license to run a business that does not take returns and do refunds ? Also, I would humbly request that Revdex.com do a test order privately and anonymously to see the order process. I do not know how they sleep at nights, having said all of this, I hope these predators do not prey on other innocent customers like the way I was. There are better ways to do business and win clients hearts.Sincerely,
