I made an on line purchase of what I thought was a "sample" of they're eye serum and anti wrinkle creamI was charged $for the two samplesThe product is no better than any of the ones you can buy in your local storesNow days later there are two charges appearing on my bank account one for $and one for $ which I did not knowingly authorizeWhat I was told is that the additional billing information was included in the "Terms & Conditions"Long story short...they agreed to refund all of charge for $and $of the $chargePlease be sure to READ ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! I think their sales ethics are purposely deceptive or they would have pointed out in the email confirmation that in order to avoid future charges you needed to be sure to cancel in days otherwise you will be charged the additional fees
Hold onto your credit card. They will rip you off every way they can, steal you blind. Once they have your credit card number you will be charged $87.50 every month and if you want to get a refund you have to pay to ship the product back and are charged a re-stocking fee, so you do not get a full refund. If you do not return within 14 days, you CANNOT get a refund. I was charged for a product I never received even though they insisted they had a United States Postal Service tracking number showing it was delivered to my mailbox. No one signed for it. I never received it, and since I did not call about getting the refund until after their required 14 days (when the $87.50 charge appeared on my credit card), I was denied a refund. This is a TOTAL RIP OFF, SCAM to steal your money!

Having ordered the product during an ad in Facebook for $7.95, I then get a credit card charge for $87.50....there was no packing with the cream which said I needed to do something to cancel. This is such a sham!!!! Businesses like this should be closed down for sure. I saw the charge on my credit card statement and call them. Since it was after the 14 day cancellation period (which I did not know about) they will credit me back $60 which is at least something but what a terrible company and unethical business practice. Please do NOT order this product - which does not work anyway - or do any business with this company!!!

Scam! Do not buy! The bottle they say is free, just pay shipping, they end up charging over $82 for. And it's like a half ounce, or something ridiculous. They say, it's not free, it's a trial, so either return it, but they'll charge $17 restocking fee, or keep it, and they'll refund you $70. How is that a free sample? I already paid $7.50 shipping, which is a lot for something that small. These guys are the worst. I want to let people know how terrible and fraudulent they are. When I cancelled with them, the email said I was cancelling a subscription service with them, which I definitely never signed up for nor wanted, so their extortionate racket doesn't end with their lies when I ordered my face cream the first time.
