Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: you state that my son's game was indeed recorded but somehow it was deleted or mislabeled How can you prove that my son's game was recorded? No one at Skillshow (until now) has ever stated that such a film ever existed but instead we were told on separate occasions that no film could be found (emails available upon request)I'm confused regarding this new revelation Were we as customers suppose to follow up before, during, and after my son's game to make sure Skillshow was keeping their end of their paid commitment? So, out of the games your company filmed at Perfect Game, was my son's game the only omitted game to tally your 3% failure? I understand that there was a weather delay during our tournament, but we figured that Skillshow would have contingency plans for such common events that are held outdoors.Sincerely,*** *** *** *** ***

Dear Mr [redacted], We received your Revdex.com complaint and continue to apologize for this very unfortunate situation.  As you noted, we did fully refund your payment for the baseball game film that you purchased and we were unable to deliver.   Skillshow did film 56 games per day, every...

day for close to 3 months at LakePoint this summer and in doing so, there were some failures either from cameras, file transfers, faulty memory cards, human error in file transfers, archiving, etc.   There are many variables in our system where an error could occur.  Those instances were few and far between and our % of those was less than 3% but unfortunately, it did happen in this case.  The game that you purchased was filmed, per your question, but somehow in the transfer & filing process it was either mislabeled, deleted or overwritten.  This is HUGELY unfortunate and we feel terrible about this, especially since it was so important for your son.  We are happy to offer future services at little to no cost, depending on the request.  Please also note that if for some reason your game was mislabeled and we do find it, we will of course send it to you immediately.  We have thousands of games films on numerous hard drives from many overlapping events this summer and this is still possible, but we don't feel it is probable any longer, thus the delays and then the refund.  I am very sorry.Tom K[redacted]Skillshow, Inc.
