Review: I signed up for a 7 day free trial requiring my credit card information. I used the site's services for less than 24 hours within signing up and then entirely forgot about the site. A week later I got an email thanking me for paying for a full month's subscription. When I emailed to ask for a refund, as I had not used the services since the first 24 hours of the free trial and have no use for an ongoing subscription, I was denied a refund of any sort and directed to the site's Terms of Service. These terms of service include a clause that states: "Refunds. Where applicable, all refunds will be given at the discretion of Big Interview."
I have of course cancelled my subscription but have yet to see any evidence of a refund. Since I was billed for an entire month of service that I have no desire to use, and cancelled the service on the very first day, I only see fit that I at least be refunded for %97 of what I paid for a full month's subscription.Desired Settlement: Big Interview should refund my month's subscription fee and not use my access to a 7 day free trial as justification for charging me for a month's subscription, which I have no desire to use.
