Review: On January [redacted] 2010, I found skillman software solution as a sponsor for H1-B Visas. I started a phone and e-mail communication with them to provide necessary documents to sponsor and H1-B [redacted] for my wife and sister-in-law. For the entire process, I paid a total amount of $5000.00 to their accounts manager named [redacted]. I was assured that if [redacted] doesn't get approved, I'd be refunded all the money. I was never given any proof that either my wife's application or my sister-in-law's application was ever filed for H1-B Visa approval with [redacted]. Eventually, my last e-mail communication with [redacted] was on September [redacted] 2010 where she assured that all the money will be credited back to my checking account. All communication broker thereafter and no money was ever returned.Desired Settlement: Please help me obtaining all my monies back from this fraudulent company.
