Review: I purchased a Boat BBQ and a mount for the BBQ from the website which had skidiscounters.com & grillsforboats.com. I made the purchase on 8-**-13 and they sent me a confirmation of my order and the charge on my credit card for $228.48 from Ski Discounters [redacted]. They claimed I would receive my order within 5 business days. After 2 weeks I began calling the company, emailing, faxing proof of payment and leaving numerous messages for them to respond about my order. Finally after 6 weeks of nothing, I got someone on the phone named [redacted] who said he was [redacted] of the company. He explained that there was a problem with a part # from my order and assured me it would be to me within a week. That conversation happened on 9-**-13. It has been 2 weeks more and I have still received nothing! I have called numerous times and left another voice message and 2 emails and can get ahold of no one! So, they took my money and it has been 2 months and I havent received my product. I have proof of payment from the company, my credit card company and copies of emails and everything throughout this process. The phone numbers I have for the company are ###-###-#### & ###-###-####. The 800 number from their website was not a working number as of today!! Please Please Help!

ThankyouDesired Settlement: Ideally I would like my products delivered, But I also feel that I shouldn't be charged the full amount at this point. But, since that seems impossible, I would like my money back so I can find the product somewhere else that doesn't appear to be a fraudulent company.
