Skid Steer Attachment Depot

I decided to give Skid Steer Attachment Depot another chance. After leaving the poor review on 5/14/2020 I let cooler heads prevail and gave them another shot to earn my business. I realized everyone has bad days and some things just don't go as planned. I had done business with them in the past with no issues and I thought they deserved another chance. I ordered an auger bit on a Wednesday and I had it in my hands on Friday. The item was exactly as described and the shipping was lightning fast. I appreciate them exceeding my expectations on this order and I will give them more business in the future. I hope the service is this good next time so I can move them up to a 5 star.

I ordered a set of pallet forks from them on April 24th. I ordered directly from their website and it said they were in stock and would be to my door in 3-5 days. I waited the full 5 days and then called to inquire. They said they were on order and should be to their shop in a day or two. ( thought they were in stock???) Waited a couple days and called back. They still don't have them but they will definitely be on the delivery for Friday and I should have them the following Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no call or forks!! To make a long story short I called them 7 times throughout this transaction and they never once returned a call. I was able to talk to a couple employees on occasion if I was willing to be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Every time it was a new person and every time they could not find my order information and I had to wait on hold. After almost a month with no apology or attempt to make it right and a lot of runaround I requested a refund. Sad part is I was a repeat customer. I bought an auger and an extreme bush-hog from them and this is how I was treated on a simple pallet fork order. I will not be returning again!!!
