Ski's was assigned to us by our home warranty service Office called me Monday morning and said they have an appointment for the next morning Chris came out at the scheduled time frame Replaced the broken garbage disposal and freed blockage in the bathroom sink Everything turned out fineOverall, job was completed - all was OK I would use Ski's againNote: When appointment was made, the office had stated that she would call me before the tech arrives I never received a call But that's OK, I was at home anyways so no harm done Always a good idea to call to let home owner know that tech is on the way in case owner needs to meet tech
