I am rejecting this response because: this is not acceptable to me at all how do I know all the severe water damage didn't mess up my electrical or my engine? my carburetor filter was off with a towel over it carburetor was on the floor no towel...on the 20th days ago the owner was supposed to take care of this after going there twice after the water caused more severe damagesthe owner said he was to busy after calling multiple times followed by hanging up on my face a paying customer with no prior issues.....I want my boat in working order(as it was) it cleaned(as it was) and months of storage free to make this right emotionally and damage I have been lied to multiple times and have been cheated by these guys I'm truly offended and disappointed this is the only way to make it right and I will not accept less due to circumstances this is more than fair boat was stored outside and moved with no cover I should be taken care of for this negligence, *** ***

There is delay on my part to respond as I was out of town for two weeks and just arrived back yesterday on the jobHere is our stand on this matter:1. Mr*** signed and an agreement on 5-23-to store his vehicleA copy of the agreement is attachedMr*** and Valet Indoor Storage Inc is bound by the written legal agreement between the two parties.2. Your attention is invited to page of 3 of attached legal agreement in particular the clauses “INSURANCE”, “RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS” and “SUBROGATION AND DAMAGES”.3. As per the above three clauses if read in proper perspective, it absolves Valet Indoor Storage Incof any direct or indirect responsibility of alleged claimed damage by Mr***.4. To keep good customer relations and as per my promise earlier, while I was gone Mr*** Boat is thoroughly cleaned and detailed by a professional detailer Mr*** *** of Top Shelf Detailing and further our staff put a temporary cover on top of Mr*** Boat.5. At this point we will request Mr*** to visit our storage facility and be satisfied with the work performed and condition of his Boat.6. We have done the best we can do to satisfy all concerns of Mr***. We will not accept Mr*** suggestion and demands to credit him three months of rent and in his best interest he should keep on paying the storage rent as per his agreementMr*** approached and cancelled his credit card payment made and charged for the month of December’by disputing it to credit card companyThis in no way absolves Mr*** obligation to pay the storage rentsThe rent will accrue and if not paid , we will take necessary legal steps to recover the money owed by Mr***.7. At this stage we would request to conclude this matter and close this file, since we have spent enough time and money to satisfy Mr***.
