Skent 'N Dent Outlet

I paid $107 for a service call, my machine had a warranty repair needed. One part was not covered, Home Appliance wanted $232 for the part. I called GE they sold it to me for $30. Home Appliance supposedly ordered the other needed parts. After two weeks and no word from them, I called and they told me I had to pay $950 for the parts, and I would be better off buying a new machine. At this point I had been without a washer for 3 1/2 weeks. They clainlmed TP have called, but there were no voice mails on any of phones. I told them it was a warranty and the parts were covered. They listed several parts that were not covered (according to them). I told them then I was done with their service. I called another serviceman, and he came out, and listed the parts I needed. I called GE and the parts were here in three days NO CHARGE. I bought myself an $107 education, I won't be using Home Appliance/Skent & Dent for anything.
