To whom it may concern,The reason for this complaint is not about any money for meThis is based in principle that you do not short change contracts.Other companies should be made aware that Skeleton Key Property Management short changes someone they owe money.Anybody working with this company should be made aware that they may not get paid for their services. You sign a check for payment you have committed to a legally binding contract. You guys signed a check to us for down paymentThen you signed another check which you short changed us.People need to be made aware of bad business practicesI would not want anybody else to deal with this nonsense[redacted] Owner of [redacted]

We are paying a bill for him that he contested, even though we were in our rights to submit the bill to him
Our contractor *** asked us to cut checks in a few different amounts to different namesOur accountant did this for himWe paid *** his quote in full in these different amountsIt has later caused confusion and we will not be allowing this to happen againWe understand this has cause a problem but we cannot bill our owners past the quoted amount and we have fulfilled our contract with *** in terms of payment for work done
Skeleton Key hires contractors to do work for us. We hired a contractor to do the work stated and paid that contractor. I believe this complaint is from a subcontractor, but we had no contract or relationship with them. If they did work on our property for our contractor, the contractor should have...

The original complaint came in on Oct. 3. We sent a maintenance tech out the same day. It was thought to be an issue with a leaking tub surround so it was caulked. The next time we heard from the tenant was on Oct. 24, she left a message with the owner saying it was still a...
problem. (Apparently she already contacted the Revdex.com by that point according to the complaint.) We had no other calls from her. We attempted contact by phone to gain access but never heard back from the tenant. At that point work orders get closed out. If the situation is not resolved, we will send out another tech. We would also suggest having any mold tested to prove a danger. This type of situation does not usually result in a health hazard in our experience, within this timeframe. If Skeleton Key is proven at fault and mold was indeed toxic, we would of course pay for the vet bills.
