Thank you for your response Skeen Furniture Warehouse does not offer refunds or returns of any kind on special order merchandise This particular order falls under that policy SFW has offered a courtesy exchange or store credit for the amount of the purchase We have also offered to take it back with a restocking fee as a courtesy
Skeen Furniture Warehouse does not offer refunds on special ordered merchandise We understand the customer's specific situation, and tried to accommodate them with a store credit or partial refund in this instance
