Regarding the complaint from [redacted] pertaining to a truck title he purchased at an estate auction on 12/17/Due to the fact, this was an estate auction the title transfers needed to be approved by the [redacted] therefore, the attorney was unable to send out the titles until they were released by the courtOn January 18, [redacted] for the estate received permission from the [redacted] to release the titles, once permission was granted from the court, the executrix could sign on behave of the estate and the title work could be completedI spoke to the attorney's office, they will be mailing all titles out no later than 1/23/I contacted [redacted] **is morning to let him know he could pick up his title today at the attorney's office, he did not wish to do that,As to the phone call my wife received this morning in the early a.mfrom [redacted] she tried to address his concerns the best she could, but his demeanor would not allow an explanation.I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused
