Skates U S, Inc.

My husband purchased a pair of skates for me, admittedly on clearance, but he was told they were brand new. Received skates; left truck is completely unstable and cannot be fixed without paying a professional and the right truck has a snapped screw in the top stop slot and it was completely stripped on the inside meaning no other screw could replace it.

Husband briefly talked to one person on the phone who said "ship the whole thing back", which I did not trust and did not do--good thing! I sent a detailed e-mail--no response--sent another e-mail: acknowledged and then no follow up--sent several more emails still NOTHING. Followed up with several phone calls and no answers or messages returned--they are clearly screening our calls.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I gave them all the benefit of the doubt in the world but they clearly take advantage of people; I would have likely sent back the skates (at my cost!) only to have them never acknowledge me again and keep our money.

I repeat: never ever ever deal with these people. Take your business else where--anywhere else where! At this point, their lack of professionalism and customer service has made this complaint irreconcilable. Very frustrating!
