They take orders online, but are never available by phone or email. So far my item has been "back-ordered" since January. That's 11 weeks. When you call, you get a voice mailbox that is full, so you cannot leave a message. This has been my experience for the last 11 weeks! They also don't reply to emails, so this business is looking real sketchy to me and I just hope that I can get my money back. I wonder how much money they keep because spending this much time on the phone and Internet just is not worth it for the amount of money lost. I hope this review helps prevent others from getting scammed.

Review: My son, in the Army, in Kuwait ordered a pair of skates for his niece and they were too small. The literature says to go to the website and call to get a Return Authorization Number. You only have 15 days in which to do so. The skates came on the 11th of Oct and I have been trying to reach them since the birthday party held 10-18-14. They will not return my calls or answer my emails. I have tried to call it is only allows 10 to 4 Mon thru Fri and emailed stating if I didn't get a response I would go to Revdex.com. Review: I ordered a product and recieved a decline notice in my email. Because of this I have a hold on my debit gift card. I tried to email and call them about it but there is no answer so I dive into research. I found that not only was I having this problem so I am now trying to get a refund but as I i said, no on is answering.Desired Settlement: I think they should at the least be able to reply to customers within 24 hours.
