to the kind of behavior that all of the adults involved in this argument displayedWe feel that the conflict was resolved in the best possible mannerThe adults involved were asked to settle their disagreement or step outside before we called the policeWhen the involved parties continued, management called the police, during which time one of the adults pushed another adultAs soon as the parties were aware of the police involvement, they separated from each other with no further altercationsOnce the police arrived in a timely manner and spoke with the parties involved, management allowed both parties to stayBecause we were not able to discern if one party was more responsible than another, and everyone agreed that there would be no more conflicts, this was the best decisionThere were no further conflicts throughout the afternoonIf anyone continued to feel uncomfortable about the situation or the children were upset after the decision was made to allow both parties to stay, it was not brought to our attentionThe party continued as scheduled with no more problemsWe feel all of our guests should zip down the zip-line, skate as low as they can go under the limbo, strive to be the fastest in the sock races, enjoy a snow cone or cotton candy, and leave with awesome memoriesIf the birthday child missed out on some of that, we would like to offer them four free passes to come again

B & B did a great job installing my vinyl fence. The job was completed start to finish in 3 days and looks better than any I see around. I'm very satisfied and would strongly recommend B&B to everyone.
Review: On Sunday February 9, 2014, I held a birthday party for my daughter at Skate Center. During the party a person attempted to begin a verbal altercation with one of my party guess. My mother-n-law and I asked management to call the police several times. I explained to them that I am paying for a party I feel like they should do something about this situation. I was advised they could do nothing but wait for the police. While waiting for the police to arrive the incident escalated and my guess was then physically assaulted. Once the police arrived that person was not removed from the party. I filed a complaint with my local police department about the incident and the way that it was handled by the police department. I think management should have asked for the person to be removed, from the premises since I was paying over $200 for a birthday party for my 10 year old daughter and the person who began the altercation was not a part of my party. This incident created an unsafe environment for my children and party guess and we were not able to enjoy the party because the people involved in the incident were not removed. This is a family oriented place where people drop their children off to have fun. This incident proved that this place is not safe at all management has no alternate methods of keeping party members or children safe if a verbal or physically altercation takes place rather than wait 20 minutes for a police officer to show up.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter of apology and a partial or full refund.

This letter is in regards to complaint ID [redacted]. Our business is centered around a family environment that is safe for all ages. Our guests and staff are not accustomed to the kind of behavior that all of the adults involved in this argument displayed. We feel that the conflict was resolved in the best possible manner. The adults involved were asked to settle their disagreement or step outside before we called the police. When the involved parties continued, management called the police, during which time one of the adults pushed another adult. As soon as the parties were aware of the police involvement, they separated from each other with no further altercations. Once the police arrived in a timely manner and spoke with the parties involved, management allowed both parties to stay. Because we were not able to discern if one party was more responsible than another, and everyone agreed that there would be no more conflicts, this was the best decision. There were no further conflicts throughout the afternoon. If anyone continued to feel uncomfortable about the situation or the children were upset after the decision was made to allow both parties to stay, it was not brought to our attention. The party continued as scheduled with no more problems. We feel all of our guests should zip down the zip-line, skate as low as they can go under the limbo, strive to be the fastest in the sock races, enjoy a snow cone or cotton candy, and leave with awesome memories. If the birthday child missed out on some of that, we would like to offer them four free passes to come again.
