Good afternoon! We are following up to a letter we received from the Revdex.com dated May 20, 2015.There was an incident that took place on 5/19/between three young boys during our race time. I was in the DJ booth announcing when the incident occurred. The three boys were very close together
racing to the finish line and in the 3rd turn they collided. At this time one of the older boys who was bleeding got very heated. I immediately came out of the DJ booth and too the floor to calm the situation. At this time the only people on the floor were the boys and parents were starting to come onto the floor but I made the boy who was bleeding and who was making the threats go to the office. At this time he did clean his forehead up and was told to leave the premises immediately and to never return or the police would be called. Our snack bar employee did come out on the floor and began to spray cleaner on the floor to clean up the blood. She did not have gloves on however all employees have been told during a safety meeting that gloves must be worn when blood is present. Because $2 Tuesday nights are not usually busy we only had two employees working. Since this incident we have gone up to $per person and have added an extra employee As far as the comments to the patron she told me that this was her first time in our building and that we ran a ghetto facility however that is by far the truth. I did tell her that if she didn't like the way this business was ran she did not have to return. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know. Thanks,*** ***

Review: I was served pizza on very thin pieces of paper that is usually used to line sandwiches to absorb dressings, oil, etc. The pizza was placed on the table without a paper plate to protect from germs that may have been on table. When I advised the server that I or my grandchildren would not be able to consume it because it was unsanitary and asked her to either prepare new pieces and place them on paper plates or proper serving ware or refund my money the owner declared that she was not going to do either. I could take those or nothing. The server then threw the pizza onto paper plates and threw them on counter and bother owner and her rudely walked away. Then to add fuel to the fire, the owner sprayed cleaning solution all over the table that my two (2) year old granddaughter was sitting and eating a frozen ice treat, about an inch from her as if she wasn't sitting there. She started wiping down the table as I stood in total shock and I rushed to get my gran. I immediately picked her up and gathered my other grans and called 911 and the rescue team to make sure she was okay. The owner still would not refund my money and was made to show officers the solution she sprayed on the table.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and to have her pay the fee for any medical expenses that my gran incur including the rescue squad bill. I wrote a review about my experience and was shocked to see the horrible things that people had to say about her business. I will not be returning there ever because I have never been so disrespected in my life

Review: 5/19/15I took my cub scout troop there to earn requirements for a belt loop. During the male 11 and up race, there was an accident. To the point where 3 boys were laying on the ground, one was bleeding from his face. The boys began to "get into it" with one another. There was a lot of inappropriate words, and threats of fights. Not once did ANY employee or Management come out to try and resolve the issue. Parents of the boys involved got on the floor and tried to separate them. Only when they realized that there was blood dripping from the one boy's face onto the skating floor did an employee come to the floor. This employee was the snack bar girl. She began to clean up the blood with out gloves on her hands, spraying liquid on the floor while others continued to skate around the area. The young man who was bleeding was told to leave. When a mother from our troop attempted to talk to the manager, the [redacted] yelled at her. She told the parent "then I guess you just should never come back here then." The parent tried to explain that there should have been some staff member in place to handle such issues, and that the handling of the blood was not safe. The [redacted] continued to state that she "didn't have the staff for so many people" and that we "should never come back."Desired Settlement: I would just like for the staff to be better trained on how to handle such serious issues like blood born pathogens, and for there to be the appropriate amount of staff. The safety of staff, current patrons, and future patrons are affected.
