The company replaced a motor on my [redacted] machine which did not fix the problem. On 1/9 they(Mr.[redacted]) came and took the motor back and were supposed to send me a check for the cost of the motor that I had already paid for.
I have neither received the check or an answer from them as to what is going on with my Credit.
