Review: In February 2014 I contracted SK Media to produce a 2-3 minute promotional video segment and they have never delivered anything. In each conversation with Edmund (the owner/manager) he always gave an excuse. He verbally promised a full refund numerous times.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $750 and a written apology.
