cabinet to make sure it is not damaged than sign the namewe sent our worker to take look of the cabinet door.when my worker there, the construction worker even damaged the panel right in front of my workerthe reason for the damaged door were the incorrect installationplease hiring licensed, insured and certified company to install cabinet

We ordered the cabinets and were delivered to the street. The cabinets were packaged and there is no way for me to check if this is damaged or not. I sent email with damaged doors to [redacted] and she stated it was factory defect. After a few days she sent out the company inspector and he stated it was damage. My Licensed contractor was there as well. We ordered a fridge panel and it came damaged which we returned same day. We tried to work with [redacted] and she kicked contractor out the store. I have 2 professional Cabinet installers and they both stated this is factory damage as the scratch on the doors were painted after the damage!!!! if it was damage from the workers the scratch would have gone through the paint and show a white mark. these marks are brown cuts under the original paint.
Your company is not to be trusted and everyone should be aware of the cheap quality and horrible customer service your company provides.

Review: I purchased cabinets from this business for my kitchen for the amount of $3200 on 3/**/2014. Upon receiving my cabinets my general contractor installed the cabinets and noticed that majority of the doors are damaged with scratches and dings. My contractor and I have tried to contact vendor to replace damaged cabinet doors and we were told this was contractor damage. We ordered a 2nd panel for the refrigerator, when we received the item it was damaged as well. [redacted] from the store told us we would have to order whole new cabinets to replace 8 total damaged doors. [redacted] told us she did not have these cabinets in stock and will need to wait till 2nd week in June for shipment. I contacted [redacted] on 6/**/2014 and she stated she will not replace or fix doors. I had my general contractor meet [redacted] in the store and she refused to fix, replace or even sell new doors that were damaged. [redacted] wants me to purchase whole new cabinets (8) in total of $2248.Desired Settlement: I would like to request a refund or replacement of the 8 damaged doors or total of $2248 plus $600 to have general contractor reinstalled, balance doors.
