The company did construction on my house and caused a leak and will not fix the leak. I never had a leak prior to construction and they just want to say my roof is old. They probably drilled thru the roof during construction.
The complainants roof is passed its life expectancy. We have had multiple contractors inspect the roof and all agreed that the roof needs to be replaced. We have been in consistent communication with the complainant about the issue and have agreed to have it inspected by an independent roofing contractor of the complainant's choosing to determine the best solution. We also offered to supply a roofing contractor that the complainant can hire direct. We have attempted to patch the leak multiple times. From our professional opinion, the roof cannot be patched and the entire roof should be replaced.
We did not drill thru the roof during construction, simply because we would have no reason to purposefully cause a roof to leak. We have had to patch interior work multiple times because of the leak, so it is clearly not in our best interest to cause a roof to leak.
We want to resolve this issue, but it is not our responsibility to pay for an entire roof to be replaced.

SJ Hauck put in HVAC unit in my home The unit has not worked upstairs heat or cold. I spoke about this matter several times SJ told me I have to call ALL Zone Heating who installed the HVAC unit ...
ALL Zone response was I have to call SJ hauck you paid them the money they just hired us its not our problem ..
Both sides are blaming each other and no one wants to be accountable for anything ...
The price of the Unit was 12000.00 and I have a unit that does not work correctly
I do not want either party in my to fix the problem I just want my money back because of the bad experience I'm having
The complainant came to our office to close out the project on 8/9/18. We were notified that the HVAC was not working properly. We advised he call All Zone Heating and Cooling, they installed the unit. On 9/4/18 we reached out to complainant about closing the project out and he reinstated that he will not be willing to close the job out until the HVAC is working properly. The same day our Operations Manager reached out to All Zone Heating and Cooling which in turn said he will not fix it and there are no warranties with his work. On 9/5/18 our Operations Manager reached out to another HVAC contractor to get a quote to fix the HVAC issue. on 9/7/18 the new HVAC contractor visited the site and was asked to supply a quote to fix the issue. The Complainant also asked if we could supply an additional quote to add a mini split in which we agreed to pay for half due to the original HVAC issues. on 9/12/18 the HVAC contractor gave our Operations Manager a quote to fix the issues and also to install a mini split. On 9/12/18 the Complainant was given the quotes. on 9/14/18 the complainant decided to not go with the mini split and just allow us to fix the original issues. the new HVAC contractor is scheduled to address the HVAC issues the week of 9/17/18.

This company lifted my neighbors house. All the dirt and sand dug our during this process has ended up in my yard. I called several times to complain and nothing was done. They caused damage to my yard, fence, and pool because of poor oversight and negligence. I called to complain a number of times and they keep saying they will call me back... no one ever calls back though. Calling the police for vandalism as well
As the town to make sure they never work in our neighborhood again.
While the complainant was not a customer of our company, we acknowledged that our work on a neighboring property may have held adverse impacts on the complainant's property. Harold, our operations manager contacted the complainant a few weeks ago and met on site to assess the circumstances. Unfortunately, the week after, our Operations Manager was on vacation and was unable to contact the complainant until he returned. Upon our Operations Managers return, he contacted the complainant and discussed the issues. our company and the complainant agreed upon the items to be addressed and will have them complete by mid next week.
