could trace the customer.However *** *** was given the phone number of the buyer who of course was trying to get the files into his computer and work the business at the same timeThis leaves me to wonder how she manged to call and speak to me (I am Flo)Since all the calls were either call forwarded or the phone company could change the phone numbers over.You may now call these number at the top of the letter only as tie *** *** *** number has not been taken by the buyerAlso you may continue to write if you wish to do so but I believe it.would be better to call if she wanted additional service it would be to her benefit to call for faster service but the service was to be disconceted for one (1) day while the phone company moved the numbersWe do or did not use computers at Sixty Twelve Pest control so there was no transfer necessary of computers.I do not feel that there is a refund due she was informed of all this when I spoke with her.the 1sttime and only time.I thank you once more for your time and attention of this matter and I hope all of your questions have been answered for she would have received the follow up service promised if she had followd instructions when I spoke with her and now I have no power of the business it has been sold.Sincerly yours,SIXTY TWELVE PEST CONTROL

Review: Sixty Twelve Pest Control is a liar operated by [redacted] and [redacted]. Referred by a friend, I called for their pest control service on February 3, 2014. [redacted] told me it costs me $115 for the first time treatment, however, if I find roaches within two weeks, I can schedule 2nd service for $50. Well there are indeed roaches there after the 1st treatment, so two weeks later, I called [redacted] told me be patient so I waited for two days before calling her again. Then she said the company is in transition to be sold and she will have someone calling back. I kept calling her thereafter for 4 times and every time she played the same trick.Finally on February 24, I called her telling her this is the last time I called since I cannot wait. She again promised to have someone call back. The reality is that she never have anyone to call me back.So I called [redacted] Pest Control to have 2nd service and [redacted] is very professional and also they kept their promise that within a month if I still see roaches they will come back for free which they did.I don't know how such small firm like Sixty Twelve Pest Control can have business based on the fact:1. They are not any less expensive than large firm like [redacted]. Their fee is $115 for 1st visit and $50 for 2nd while I paid $125 for [redacted] for 1st time but they did 2nd time for free, so in essence it is less expensive than Sixty Twelve.2. They are not honest to keep the promise3. They are rude not willing to correct the mistakeI hope everyone who is willing to use their service have second thought.Desired Settlement: They should refund me $50 otherwise I end up paying more from asking other company service.
