*** stated it was only him that would be occupying the roomMr *** then proceeded to his roomThe following morning at am housekeeping knocked on Mr*** room doorThere was no responseMy front office manager, Jolene, then proceeded to call his room after being told there was no responseFollowing standard protocol, Jolene then directed housekeeping to enter the room to see if the room was still occupiedHousekeeping reported back that there were two occupants of the room, one in each bed, when they went to check on the roomThis awoke Mr***He then called the front desk, apologized for not answering and asked to stay overJolene told him that we would be happy to accommodate him for the second night but that housekeeping
reported there were two occupants and that he would be charged accordingly. ** *** then hung up the phone
The second morning of Mr*** stay housekeeping once again had to knock on the door because there was no response at amMr*** answered the door and told housekeeping he would be checking out shortlyUpon exiting the room, housekeeping noted that three people were occupying the roomThis was conveyed to Jolene who then made Mr*** aware that he would once again he charged for the extra guests that were occupying his roomMr*** agreed to this charge, signed his credit card slip approving the charges, and was given his receiptWe will not be refunding Mr*** any of the $because this was a valid, agreed upon transactionlf Mr*** felt he was wrongly charged these feelings should have beendiscussed at check out.
