Sixty Shades of Grey

Purchased the Full Face Thermal Winter Aviator Hat with Goggles Glasses Windproof Cap for my significant other for Christmas. Of course it has been over 30 days so can’t return it.
He tried it on, couldn’t snap the mask on face, too small to fit. Then, two snaps are broken that snap the goggles down.
What a disappointment for something that is supposed to be made in the United States.
Will never order from Sixty Shades of Grey again. Crappy products.

Sixty Shades of Grey, Inc, SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM! NOW MY SON HAS NO CHRISTMAS GIFT. I ordered the Full Face Thermal Winter Aviator Hat with Goggles Glasses Windproof Cap. They sent me a simple black hat and a neck warmer. They want ME to pay to ship back to them. Nope!

Will never order from them again. Instead of trying to help me, they want to give me the run around about something that I never received. Or was never mailed. Then when I ask about it they just keep saying the post office but I was already in contact with them they only received 1 package an it wasn’t from them.
