Sixto Landscape Services

I made an agreement in January with Sixto to complete a fence around part of my property. I paid for the bulk of the job and materials and some unseasonable warm days in January meant the area was cleared and holes were dug. Winter set in and the ground was too hard to proceed. That in combination with all things Coronavirus made for necessary delays. That said, Sixto has told me no less than 14 times that he would be here to work and has not shown and left it to me to follow up why.

I had verbal contract with sixto to cut down 2 trees and build a fence on my back yard , paid him the the following amounts $1500 , $1000 , $300 . it took him more that 3 weeks to cut down one tree and installed 4x4 post for the fence, it has been almost a month since I seen him , he have
so many excuses promised me many different dates but it is always no call no show , I asked him
for refund so I can take care of the tree he cut down and left in my back yard, but he says he wants for complete the job … I want my money back or him to complete the job as agreed

I had a verbal contract with Sixto Falcon and paid a total of $2,300 for landscaping services. The job was only half completed and I have never seen from or heard from again after multiple attempts in contacting him. I have text messages proving he was willing to finish the work or refund me, he did neither. He tells me his phone doesn't always work...he just called my neighbors (whom referred him to me) looking for work and referrals from previous job, his phone is working fine. Sixto Falcon still owes me 12 privacy evergreens, landscape border/boulder rocks, garden mulch, dirt for the side of the house, as well as fixing my gutter that had come apart.
