Hello! You sent the package in USPS Priority Package! So, now I have to use a different package to send you back this crap dress?
Attach your return label to the package.
Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.
We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.
Once they "approve the return" meaning I have to wait to get a replacement until they confirm the condition of the dress.
Horrible customer service policy.
I have never had such an issue with both communication and honoring their discounts. They have you coming and going with all of their discounts. I had to dispute a return with american express that they did not acknowledge receiving the package. Thank goodness I had tracking. After my email to them, they said I could not receive a credit until I cancelled the dispute with amex. What? Why? Do not do business with these people!,
Review: As a new customer I placed an order with a 30% discount and the order was over $100 so I received free shipping. I decided moments later that I would like to order the matching ring, placed the order and sent an email to customer service immediately requesting a refund of the shipping charges for the second item (which was significant - $11.00 to ship a small jewelry item). The orders and requests were made on a weekend - Saturday. Today I received an email response stating that "Unfortunately at this time we do not allow for adding items after an order has been placed. If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know :)". I then asked to have my email referred to a manger to discuss and if they can't do it, to cancel my order. I received the following response...

It isn't a company policy that won't allow for us to combine an order, it is our processing system that we use to allocate the orders that does not allow us to combine the order.

I have maybe filed a complaint with the Revdex.com one time in my life, this is certainly very shady practice. I would like my shipping charges replaced and the original new customer discount of 30% applied to both orders as they were placed moments apart on a non-business day. In addition the customer service rep did not address any of my concerns...Desired Settlement: As described above
Review: They do not honor the "100% Guarantee" that they prominently display on their web site. Instead, they have an exorbitant and deceptively worded charge for returns, which amounts to a "70% Guarantee"--they will refund only 70% on returns. My husband ordered four items from Sivana Spirit; they were a gift to me. When I tried them on 1 item was too small, but I liked it and wanted to exchange it for a larger size, 2 items did not suit me (right size but poor fit, and a very uncomfortable/inflexible grosgrain ribbon tie) and I wanted to return them. The fourth item, was fine and I kept it. I contacted Sivana by e-mail (no contact phone number or address on the web site) to learn their returns policy and received a reply which in no way advised what a steep cut they would take on the refund, or that despite promising to ship exchanges "for free" they would instead suddenly be "out of stock" on the item.Desired Settlement: Either:1) Refund of the exorbitant extra "shipping charge" OR 2) Ship the exchange.
