Review: In April of 2012 I pre-ordered a copy of the owner's cookbook known as "Queen of Spice: Sexy Vegetarian Cuisine with Dr. Sunyatta A[redacted]." Since then I have sent several follow up emails over the past 2 years inquiring about why my order had never been shipped or fulfilled. In the fall of 2012 I was informed that no fees were refundable and that production was delayed due to Tropical Storm Sandy. She stated that all customers would be informed as soon as the book was published. I never received responses to any of my additional inquires, nor a statement saying that the book was finally completed.Desired Settlement: Since this has been an ongoing matter for the past two years I believe that I and all persons who spent money ordering this book should receive a full refund. At the very least an explanation of this ongoing delay should be published and if funds cannot be restored, compensation in the form of other goods and services she offers (equaling the amount of money we spent) should be provided for the inconvenience.
