I have had a website through Site Dudes ongoing now for approximately 10 years. I complained numerous times that I was only coming up under 1 keyword. They had had me give them 10 keywords at the beginning of my time with them. I had had it recently looked at, this site was loaded with a lot of technical mistakes that was making it hard for the site to be seen. They kept promising me they would look into it. Early 2018 they promised me an updated website at no charge which never came to be. This past fall of 2019 I was approached by someone from their sales team. He let me know I was not going to be seen anymore with this old site and I needed an upgrade, this was to cost a little over $500. I expressed how unhappy I had been with the old site. He mentioned someone would get back too me so I could go over everything that I wanted before they created the new site, this did not happen. When I called in January to see what was happening, while awaiting their response, I received an email saying my upgraded site was up and running. It was a duplicate site just in wordpress with none of the changes I wanted. This new site was loaded with the same technical mistakes as the first one. The person who check out both sites used *** to check them out. And I was immediately billed for more then I had been told. I have chosen to go to another provider, and have been trying to get this resolved. I have requested my $s back but to no avail.
I am seeking a refund for the updated website that they charged me for and did not deliver what I had requested as they never got back to me to discuss all of the changes that I had requested, a website that was loaded with mistake after mistake
The client was contacted on 11/7/2019 and asked what should would like on the design and selected a look and feel from our gallery. The website was created to that design example she selected. No additional fees where billed to the client other than what she agreed to on the day she agreed to the *** upgrade. We are more than willing to make any changes needed but the client has declined that offer and cancelled. She has no right to request a refund as the website design was completed and if it is not to her liking we are more than willing to make any changes needed.

On November the 7th I spoke to the gentleman who sold me the upgrade to my site. He had me choose a template. I told him what I did not like about the only template that was only satisfactory. I told him that I would be away for most of the next 5 weeks, and would have no time to put together any of the items that I wanted in my site, both pictures and text. I also asked him to then( December 12 or once the team was ready to put my site together)(I asked for this as I knew that 5 weeks of emails would be insane to try and find his email in)send me an email with the proper place to send the items I wanted included in my site. In early January I had not received that email so I called to see when they might have time to get it going and where to send everything. that person said she would have someone return my call. the next day I received an email with a preview of a site, of course with none of the items I wanted added, as I had not been sent that email, giving me the avenue to send all of my items for them to enter.
The new site they sent me looked exactly like my first site except for one section. And that was done so pourly that when I had the Computer programmer take a look he could not believe how poorly it was done and how many technical mistakes were in it.
Why should I pay for that?
I had the site they put together analyzed by a person I know who is the head computer programmer for *** Canada. The site was loaded with many errors and only one keyword for *** to see and rank me with. Once again customers would only find me under dressmaking. They would not find me under seamstress, Alterations, or Tailoring or any of the other services I offer.
My site was hosted with *** through Site Dudes. I have now gone there directly and was able to create my own site, in which I was able to list everything I do for 1/4 of the yearly fee for a far more superior product.
To try and help the situation, Site Dudes will offer a new website at no cost.
We will also give you 6 months at no charge.
Please let us know if you accept this offer.

I am not comfortable bringing my website back to side dudes 411 years my website that I had with them was wrought with errors. There was also only one key word on the back page there for I only showed up under one on *** and ***. When they offered me the new *** website I was told that I can have several things that we're not in my first website. When they were complete the new website none of these things were in it. They were also to reach out to me 4 pictures for a gallery when they were ready to do that they never did and when I was trying to get satisfaction for a new look they would not do anything more.
Where was the new look where was the gallery and where was the keywords. I just want my money returned for a job that was not fulfilled.

They are all layouts .. don't be fooled. It is done by 8-12 different people, no consistency and only a handful of them can actually do quality work. Most of them [redacted] who were brought in [redacted] with no real design background and very very very little knowledge of coding ... [redacted]. Their SEO is wayyyy out of date and alot of the functions are useless with todays technology. [redacted].
