Review: I purchased a mattress on Sunday 11/16/2014. I called on Monday 11/17/2014 to cancel my order (it had not been delivered yet) because I changed my mind. The customer service line said no problem the order is now cancelled and you will see the refund on your credit card in 7-10 business days. I called again on 11/17/2014 because I wanted written confirmation of the cancellation. I received written confirmation via email.

It is now 12/2/2014 (11 business days later, not including the Thanksgiving Holiday) and the refund has not been issued. I have contacted my credit card company about the dispute but also wanted to contact the Revdex.com to have this on record. It took 1 day for the charges to show up on my credit card so why 11 business days later I still don't see the refund is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the refund immediately.

The response to the complaint – Customer’s credit card refund was delayed due to an error in our system, however, it was posted in the amount of $1306.78 back to the credit card ending in 4610, on 12/02/14. We apologize for the delay.
