Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Firstly we have since replied to the customer and refunded the purchase in fullWe would like to point out that it was only days from the customers purchase to when the refund was processed.Due to the upcoming holiday our response times by our customer service team by phone were beyond our hour mandate and for that we are sorryWe have made changes to ensure this does not occur againOur records show that have no email correspondence from the customer, which is what we would have expected if there was an issue with the order.We are an e-commerce business and accordingly use a registered mailboxIt should be clear that the customer did not visit a coffee shop but an incredibly reputable business that provides fulfilment assistance to thousands of businesses in the Seattle areaWe use this location in regards to assistance with our customer fulfilment needs.10,000's of thousands of customers throughout the USA use our products and have done so for over yearsWe have 100's of positive reviews in regards to our products but importantly our customer service, which we pride ourselves on.We unreservedly apologise to the customer and consider this matter closed.Regards,Sarah?
