Do not be fooled by the bright lights and music do not shop at this place. Sistar beauty supply has Horrible customer service and blank no return policy on all products. A policy that not industry standard and is not effectively communicated to customers.

It is clear they are only solely here to make profits by any means necessary.

I came here to buy a hair products because of the size and selection offer. In selecting a wig I was told I couldn't try it on because of the time but was never told that I wouldn't be able to return it after purchasing.

I bought braiding hair from here before and was able to return extra packs with a problem.

I don't know when the policy changes but There was no notice given of the change and upon return there was no attempt to resolve my problem.

My receipt shows that I brought the product at closing and I attempted to return in with the original packing , tags , and with receipt the following morning to no avail.

When I came back the manager (Jay) pointed to signs that are basically on the Ceiling , who is looking at the ceiling idk, but the policy isn't listed anywhere at eye level. I respect their right to have this policy but they don't readily make it known and that seems very deceiving.

If you have a no return policy that is something that should be communicated to customers.

I'm sure I'm not the first person who has experienced this and I'm sure I won't be the last. I can't help think there total no return policy is just one of the ways this company is taking advantage of the community where it is located.

I will not be shopping here again.
They many other beauty supply stores who are deserving of this community's business.
