In July of Sisler Heating and Cooling installed a new air conditioning unit. With the installation Ms*** was provided a year labor warranty. In July Sisler Heating and Cooling came back out to her home and replaced a bad part under warranty, unfortunately the year
labor warranty had expired. Due to Ms*** not wanting to pay for the labor, Angie from Sisler Heating and Cooling reached out to American Standard to request a labor credit. It took some time to get a response; however, American Standard did agree to the credit, which has been conveyed to Ms***. We also agreed to remove the balance remaining that American Standad did not cover. We do strive for customer satisfaction and apologize for Ms***'s inconvenience
