Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to the complaint filed by the Complainant Sisel International never likes to receive information that a customer’s experience is not all that it could beAfter reviewing the complaint, it appears that on or about November 2, 2017, Complainant attempted to complete an online order for one of Sisel’s productsUnfortunately, not all steps to place the order were completedAs such, Complainant did not place an order nor was his credit card chargedSince the order was not finalized, no charge was made, and no product was shippedSisel apologizes that Complainant’s telephone calls have not been answered promptly and acknowledges that due to high call volume coupled with implementing a new software system that on-hold times have been longer than expectedSisel is working diligently to improve its processes and response timesIf Complainant would like to complete a valid order, Sisel can process the order and provide the requested productHowever, at this time there is nothing further to be done as no order was place or charge incurred.If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me

Complainant attempted to complete an online order for one of Sisel’s products. Unfortunately, not all steps to place the order were completed. As such, Complainant did not place an order nor was his credit card charged. Since the order was not finalized, no charge was made, and no product was shipped. Sisel apologizes that Complainant’s telephone calls have not been answered promptly and acknowledges that due to high call volume coupled with implementing a new software system that on-hold times have been longer than expected. Sisel is working diligently to improve its processes and response times. If Complainant would like to complete a valid order, Sisel can process the order and provide the requested product.
