Sirs Fabrics LLC

I've driven four times to Fayetteville, TN, to purchase upholstery fabric for several large projects. I was disappointed to see the large number of remnants. I had to return them, resulting in a large store credit. I've tried for five months to find something I could use to not waste a $200 store credit. Everything I inquire about, Sirs does not have. If they have it, they don't have enough of it, or again, it's only in remnants, which brings me right back to my original issue. Not enough of it. Or difficulty on different projects piecing the remnants together. Or having to buy so many extra yards because it's 54 versus 60. I finally come up with three items I need, three pairs of sheers. After today's conversation with the manager Ken, he says, I need to get in my car again, the 5th time, to drive 3 hours to physically purchase 3 pairs of sheers.

I've spent more in gas on the first four trips than the store credit is worth.

I now learn that the Sirs online store is a different legal company than Sirs physical location. As the customer, I don't care. This technicality was NOT disclosed until today, November 15. It was NOT shared when I was told I could use the store credit online.

It is highly irritating for Ken, the store manager, to share how many satisfied customers they have, how many years a policy has been in place. Perhaps the issue that the policy has NOT been revised is the issue. There's continuous improvement in everything. Understanding that the majority of the customers do NOT live in Fayetteville, this should be accounted for in the policies.

How about something more current that paper for a store credit, like an actual card with the balance on it.

May I also suggest the people and businesses who do NOT do business with Sirs for the very reasons I've detailed in this public customer review.

I know many trade professionals of 30 years plus who adamantly say, I will not go there ... too many remnants ... it's not easy to do business with them.

I offered to scan or fax my copy of the store credit, not good.
How about it's 2016, and let's update your technology in the store.
The term is called customer centric Ken.
